Human-centered design educator, UX researcher & strategist

My professional portfolio ranges widely, from in-house UX research & experience strategy for a Fortune 100 to organizational leadership at an educational tech startup.

I’ve developed and managed full-time synchronous programming for diverse and adult learners and scoped and arranged hundreds of pro bono UX research & design projects for non-profits, government agencies, and small businesses. I’ve individually consulted on projects involving prototyping and co-creation with specialized populations, service design mapping and evaluation for social services, and workshop design and delivery for varied audiences.

Individual contributor strengths: Iterative low-to-mid fidelity prototyping & evaluation; Think-aloud usability evaluations & reporting; Project scoping, planning, & timely execution; Presentation & facilitation; Humor & positive energy

Leadership strengths: Program design, development, & evaluation; Strategic visioning & planning; Workshop design & facilitation; Collaboration, cheerleading, & space-holding
